How we build

From a repeated task to a product people use

Four steps from a rough observation to something shipped. The order stays the same, whatever the product.

Some products are live today. Others are concepts or on the way, and we label each one that way.

  1. 01

    Start with a narrow job

    Each product begins with one task a person repeats every week: listing products, checking a drawing, writing down the day’s sales.

  2. 02

    Test the idea early

    We put rough ideas in front of people in STARQUA LAB and in workshops before committing to build them.

  3. 03

    Let AI do the repetitive part

    AI drafts the catalog, reads the drawing set, or fills in the form. A person reviews it before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Keep what gets used

    Products that earn regular use get more of our time. The rest are set aside, and what we learned goes into the next one.
